We run corporate Physiotherapy and massage programs for local businesses. They can be partially subsidised or fully subsidised by the company to help the workers release tension and reduce pain allowing them to perform during their work day. We can come to you, or they can book in with our qualified Physiotherapist at our Rosanna practice.

We also run very popular group pilates and personal training session. Getting people moving and freeing up their bodies is a great way to improve well being amongst your team. It is fun, different, and can be tailored towards the individuals in the group.
